So you've noticed, the newsletter is late, and by all means you have any right to wrip my head off and flush it down the toilet. But let me explain, I was pretty gosh-darn sick over the weekend and couldn't mentally think well enough to put together anything that made sense enough to read. But, I drank my orange juice and got my nap nap time and I'm a tad better so here's the newsletter :) Enjoy!

Music While Online: Not only is it addictive, but it's almost a fad for most of us...
v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^
You flip on the radio, you pop in a CD, or you push play on your old cassette player. But, you're probably doing all that while online. It must be an online "thang" because I'm not the only one that wants to groove to a little bit of tunes while online. Face it, you're just as bad. There's some folks who even go out of their way to type the lyrics of the songs currently playing to the chatroom for all to enjoy. Yup, a little bit country 'n a little bit rock 'n roll. And, if you're totally into the online/music experience you'll even check out a lyrics site to make sure you're humming the words to yourself exactly right.. heaven forbid you may be wrong ;-) Something to ponder..

Last week (like any week) I hung out in Youth Tech Chat, and came across some pretty funny stuff, and some just a bit weird. I could spend all day listing everything to fit that category, but I got lazy and only took a handful, and here's this week's snipits:

Hold on to your seats, it's gonna be quite a bumpy ride as we take a look @ YTCC Zap and his factoids. But please remember, keep all objects inside the tram at all times when it's moving including arms, legs, and heads.. <g>

What do you like to do in your free time?AOL <g>, Listen to Music, spend time with my friends, write poems, program, and lotsa other stuff! :)
Why did you want to be a YTCC? What is the best part of being a YTCC?I wanted to be a YTCC so I could help others out and have fun while doing so. The best part about being a YTCC is meeting all the people, helping out, and making friends.
Who is your role model?My role model is my grandfather, who is one of my best friends. He is always there for me when I need him and we help each other out a lot.
Where do you see yourself in ten years?Ten Years... wow... probably doing some kinda computer work in a job. :)
What is the most embarrassing thing you have ever done?hmm.. there are too many of these things to list <g>
What do you like to do while online? Meet new people, chat with friends, talk in IM, do programming work, listen to music, surf the web, IRC
What do you do in Youth Tech? Right now I host three chats and do some other cool stuff ;)
Do you accredit yourself with anything special? I can rhyme really well and I have a photographic memory! :)
If you could chat online with anyone (living, deceased, or fictional), who would it be? Why? What would you talk about? I would probably pick to chat with a big computer executive like Steve Case, Bill Gates, etc. because I like computers so much and I would ask them all about how their companies grew.
