AFK All The Time:Doyou find yourself away from the keyboard more & more?

"Hold on, AFK" Is that something you say too much? Yeah, I can't stand not being online but when I'm online half the time I wanna be somewhere else, somewhere away from the keyboard. It's a dilema some of the best of us face. It's almost an unpredictable thing, you'll be sitting in a chatroom all happy and all of a sudden you have an urge to go AFK to do some little piddley thing like cook yourself a roast or go drink 14 cans of Pepsi <g>. Once I'm away and come back I notice I have a thousand IMs sitting on my screen all yelling at me for not responding, whoops. There's many cases of "AFKness" (see I'm getting technical with my terminology now). There's those who say they're AFK and they never come back, then there's those who go AFK and then they come back then they go AFK again then they come back.. you get the picture. There's also the kind of chatroom AFKers that say they're AFK but you know deep down they really aren't, and they comment on stuff they choose too, and then go back to their AFK land until something else catches their fancy. Hopefully you're more knowledgeable now with the whole "AFK" ordeal.

Superbowl Sunday:The game doesn't interest some people, commercials do

It takes up four long hours of TV once a year, yup that's right, I'm talking about the Superbowl. Anyone who wanted to watch it had the chance to. The only thing that interests me about it.. isn't the game at all, but it's the commercials. Each commerical costed lotsa moola to air during the Superbowl, and they were some pretty cool ones. Fran Drescher even made her appearance as the Pizza Hut spokeswoman, go figure. Rumor had it that the lizards overtook the frog trio that we've all grown to love. I'm glad I didn't see that commercial, it could have become very emotional <g>. I'm sacrificing watching some of the commercials to get this newsletter done, heh, so if there's any other good ones ya gotta drop me an email and tell me about it. If you never tuned into the Superbowl before because you don't like sports don't worry, watch the commercials <gasps>. I bet it's the only time people actually look forward to watching ads, what's this world comin' to?

Sound Freak:You can't live without sounds, and that's perfectly alright!

{S Welcome ..okay I'll calm down. For some of you, sounds are your source of life. Well, if you're a sound addict you're in luck because Youth Tech has hundreds of sounds for your downloading and listening pleasure. And don't you worry, we have a little bit of everything, a little bit country.. a little bit rock 'n roll.. and I think there's even a South Park sound or too.
Just take a quick hop, jump, skip (or however you prefer to get there) on over to our Software Exchange area and you can check out our WAV Sounds & WAV Sounds 2 libraries. Let me warn you, you should take a break from your computer about every 5 hours (It'll give your modem a chance to cool down, heh)
