screensavers are everywhere!

Don't say you haven't seen them, you know you have. I'm talking about those famous screen savers that everyone has, some are cooler than others. Some you wonder why they even made it to begin with because it was pointless. But, they all are here for one reason, to keep your monitor happy so the same image isn't burnt into your screen (kinda like how aol is burned into my screen). For myself, I stick with the screensavers that came loaded with Windows98, they're good enough for me. But as for you, what's your story?

How can you contain yourself, when you know lurking right around the corner there's no school! I'm watering at the mouth now just thinking about the whole week I get to sleep in. Okay to tell you the truth I'll end up getting up before the crack of dawn and hopping online, because that's crazy me, anyone feel like joining me? For those who already have started their spring break, hope you enjoy, because school is awaiting you for another few months after you're done with your break <evil cackle>.

It's not every day we get to hear what you have to say, but we might as well hear from you once a week. I'm hinting upon one of our areas in Youth Tech called "Your 2 cents", it's been around for awhile, but I know there's still a few critters who haven't snooped their way into that area. Each we a different topic is written about, and we give you a chance to nicely debate the topic in our message boards. If you get too mean or nasty though while debating, I've been told I can cut your ears off (I could become rich selling ears yanno).

The world is full of weird people and our chatroom is no exception. Below are a few lines of chat copied from our chatroom that were really said. This only means you have to watch out what you say or it may just show up in next week's newsletter.

1) What do people refer to you as? The Carrot baby, though some people call me Potty and some just call me Jen :)
2) What do you like to do in your free time? I like to work? Yea I actually kinda like going to work.. and I like to play online.. and I like to make my phone bill really high :)
3) Why did you want to be a YTCC? What is the best part of being a YTCC? I wanted to be a YTCC because I love chathosting.. and the best part about it is meeting all the people I've met here ;) Everyone's so wonderful :)
4) Who is your role model? I've got 4 role models.. all femals soloists. Sarah McLachlan, Jewel, Alanis Morisette, and Tori Amos. All of them have such strong lyrics to their songs and they sing about what life really is ;)
5) Where do you see yourself in ten years? I see myself with a computer job with a husband and a kid, maybe two.. but I'll definetly still be chathosting somewhere, I guarantee it :)
6) What is the most embarrassing thing you have ever done? Ummm well there's lots of times I send IM's to people that were meant for other people, and I'm sure that doesn't sound as embarrassing as it really is, but it can be.. heehee ;)
7) What do you like to do while online? I like to talk to all m'friends, and play slingo.. I'm so addicted to that game ;x
8) What do you do in Youth Tech? I just chathost ;)
9) Do you accredit yourself with anything special? Not really ;) I'm your average 18 year old high school senior <g>
10) If you could chat online with anyone (living, deceased, or fictional), who would it be? Why? What would you talk about? It'd be my teddybear who is currently nameless but that's ok ;) He's the only thing on this earth that's always been there for me when I need something to hug <grin>
