A letter from Jeremy, Publisher of Youth Tech.
By JeremyYT@aol.com
========================================================================

Although I'm not sure how you all view 1997, but for me, it's been an amazing year! It was my second full year of publishing Youth Tech. I have to say, this year was the best for me, in the time that I've worked @ YT.

At the beginning of 1997, Youth Tech had just started to pick up speed and started it's rapid growth rate. During 97, our Techie Pals system grew, our chat program expanded and many other opportunities came around for YT.

That was all good, but the summer and the fall were my favorite months of 97. This was when our redesign was planned and launched. It was a dream come true for me, and was one of my ultimate goals for Youth Tech.

Where will the new year take us? One can never know for sure. The internet and AOL are both changing daily, and YT needs to change with it. We hope you'll continue to join us for the exciting ride. It just gets better from here.

Enjoy your new years, and make 98 even better! Also, you're invited to our New Years Eve party (in the Chat Shack). We hope you'll join us! You can read more about the event in the "Short Report" at the bottom of this newsletter.
Somebody needs to make a virtual chatroom so that like we can see some fake face or something like that when we chat kind of like what they had on the net, but a little different. And that one dude was right, Nintendo needs to lower the price of the N64 just a little bit.
