BYTE'S 'O GAMES: Coming soon - Special Edition ClayFighter
==================================================
Submitted By YTCC Byte

On the Nintendo 64 news front -- Be looking for a special edition of ClayFighter by Interplay. The special edition will have more characters and backrounds than ever thought possible. The special edition of ClayFighter will have many more characters than before, such as... Lady Liberty, BoogerMan, Sumo Santa, Mr Frosty etc. A possible no-so-secret character may even be EarthWorm Jim.

Look for this exciting title to be coming for Nintendo 64's in the future. The screen shots that I have seen are quite awesome and should prove to be quite worth the cost of the game.

GEEK HUMOR: ACk! Confusing Computer Terms
==================================================
Submitted by YTCC Fabboo

In the world of computers, there are a lot of confusing terms. For example, what's TCP? Transmission Control Protocol? Oh, that clears it up... How about ATM? Asynchronous Transfer Protocol? Great. We don't need more terms, just better ones. Here are a few, written not by me but by David Pogue, a contributing MacWorld writer

corrupgrade, n. A newer version of software that you discover- after paying $99 to upgrade- is actually slower, bulkier, and less powerful than the previous version.

doing an Apple [slang] Excelling at technology, failing at marketing. Anyonym: doing a Microsoft

far-sited [adj.] Having a particularly long and tedious Web-page URL address, especially one that requires lots of slashes, dots, and little squiggly marks.

prongles, [pl. n.] The little flip-up cord-wrap doodads on a PowerBook Duo power adapter.

sellophane [n.] The plastic wrap on newsstand issues of computer magazines that says, "Free CD-ROM inside!"

thumbscum [n.] The greasy, fuzzy clumps of gunk that accumulate on the rollers inside the mouseball or PowerBook trackball cavity.

usery [n.] Charging a fee for technical phone help. Synonym: greed; avarice; Symantec
