 Want to tweak up your PC?  Maybe  you want to get rid of that  annoying network logon box? If  you are the kind of user that likes  to be in control of every bit of your  operating system, then Tweak UI     is for you!

 Using Tweak UI you can edit many  parts of windows and its inner  workings. These settings range  from the speed of the mouse to the way that windows boots. It even has what are known as "Paranoia" options, which can help in making Windows  more private! Note that these utilities do not work for Windows XP, instead they are part of the "PowerToys" Pack which can be downloaded from here.

Warning: If used incorrectly, parts of this program could damage Windows. Be careful, and only change what you know is safe!

 System Requirements: 

• Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT, or  Windows 2000

   Installation:

To install this set of utilities you will need to download the file and run it. When you run the file it will ask you to unzip it, you should click Unzip. Once the files have unzipped go to your Start Bar and click Start > Run. In the run box type "C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\" and click ok. It wil bring up the folder which will have a file named tweakui.inf, simply right click this file and then click the Install option. After it is installed you can access it from the Control Panel, it is listed as "Tweak UI".
