ClearType only works on the users
account on Windows
after they FontSmoothing (String Value)
HKEY_USERS>>Default>>Control Panel>>Desktop>>FontSmoothingType
login. To get it to show up on the welcome screen edit the
registry key. Navigate to HKEY_USERS>>Default>>Control
Panel>>Desktop>> (Hexadecimal DWORD Value)
Both of these values should be set to 2 and ClearType will be
enabled on the welcome screen and on each users name.
Note: use extreme
caution when editing your registry... only attempt this if you
know what you are doing.
