If a system file gets damaged, you can extract a fresh copy.
Launch the System File Checker from System Information's
Tools
menu. Click on the "Extract one file from installation
disk" radio button, type the full file name and click on
Start.
Type x\WIN98 (where x is your CD-ROM drive) in the
restore
From box, enter the destination in the Save File IN box and
click on OK.
