One thing you can do with Win98 is reorder item on the
toolbars
and the Start, Favorites and Links menus. However it
may seem
to you that if you try to move a cascading submenu item, that
it is
unmovable. If you hover over the item and let the submenu
fully
unfold, wait and then click on it, you will be able to drag the sub-
menu item to a new position.
