The Windows 95 installation CD-ROM has a printer troubleshooting
program that may help in case of printer problems. Here's how to
load it: Put the CD-ROM in your drive and browse to the d:\other
\misc\epts folder (where d: is your CD-ROM drive). Then, double
click on EPTS.EXE and follow the instructions that the program
gives
