In addition to being
able to move the whole control strip (to
reposition it anywhere on the sides of your monitor), you
can
also choose the order in which each item is displayed.
Each of the
"buttons" in the Control Strip are called
"Control
Strip Modules", and are installed in your System Folder.
After
these are installed, there will be new "buttons" in
your Control
Strip.
If you want to change
the order in which the items appear,
simply hold down the Option Key, and drag the button to
the
place on the Control Strip that you want it. That's it! Now you
can sort them in any order you want!
Additionally, if you
want to remove a selected button from the
control strip, while holding Option, drag it to the trash. Note:
This will NOT delete the actual module from your system folder,
it just won't display it in the control strip.
