Z-Force

A touch screen's sensitivity to pressure when you touch it.  

Zine

nickname for an electronic magazine or online magizine.

.zip 

 An archive file containing one or more files compressed for storage
or transport usually using a utility such as WinZip and are commonly
exchanged on the Windows platform. Compressed files reduce the
amount of space the set of files require on a disk.

Zip Disk

A 3.5" Disk that is removable and used with a Zip drive. It can hold  
25MB or 100MB,  Many people use them to back up files they want
to keep or to move files from one computer to another. Can we say
MP3? <g>



Zip Drive  

Made by the Iomega Corporation, the Zip Drive, reads Zip Disks
that hold a capacity of 100 MB each.

Zip File  

An archive file commonly used to group many files that are all needed
for one program, or all of one type (they might be all graphics). The file
extension is usually .ZIP, but can also be .ARC.

ZModem Protocol 

This is the most accurate file-transferring protocol. On bulletin boards
(text ones) and on services such as CompuServe, you will need to set
this.

A little square in the upper-right corner of a window that you click to
make a window bigger or smaller.
