I have Microsoft Windows 98 and sometimes my computer will freeze and give me page fault errors. Why does Microsoft Windows freeze and generate page
fault errors? Is there something in Microsoft Windows itself that causes this
or could it be lack of memory?
Answer:
Generally these are caused from program errors, corrupt *.DLL's or hardware conflicts. There isn't much you can do other than to reinstall Windows 98 and select the option of only reinstalling missing or corrupt files.
