Question:
My computer is not recognizing Windows. I think something is wrong in the autoexec.bat file. I went to MSD in DOS and it said that Windows is not activated. What do I do to activate windows?
Answer:
To "activate" Windows you have to run it's executable file. To do this go to the C:\ prompt in DOS and type "CD Windows"
without the quotation marks, or the directory that Windows is located in. then type "Win". This should load Windows up, if it doesn't then you have a problem with Windows. You
should try re-installing it in this case.
