All of my regular WIN 95 programs ( free cell, paint, solitaire, hearts, minesweeper, calculator) have suddenly
disappeared! I don't know how it could've happened! Can you please give me some idea on how they could've
mysteriously disappeared? and how I could get them back???

Answer:

Chances are that someone either deleted the folder that had all of the shortcuts to those programs, or they got uninstalled from your computer. Either way, the best way to get them back would be to go to the Start button, then point to Settings, then click on Control Panel. In the window that appears, double-click on Add/Remove Programs. Another window will appear, with several tabs on top. Click the tab that says Windows Setup. Click the box next to Accessories so that the X in it disappears, then click again to make it reappear. Do the same for the Games category as well. Then click the OK button at the bottom of that window, and it should re-install those items.
