My Windows 95 won't load properly. Another person on the bulletin seems to have had the same problem as I have. It freezes when the cloud scene appears on the screen. I tried restarting but it still won't load.

Answer:

I personally have had the same type of problem. When you restart after it hangs, do you get the option to load in safe mode and the other things? Well, when you get that, choose the LOGGED option. Usually it will take longer to load but it starts up fine after that. If that doesn't work try using a boot disk to get Windows loaded then work with the problem from there. If neither of these work you may have to reinstall Windows.
