Question:
I just got a Scanman from my friend. When he sold his computer he put all of the disks in the box. I would like to know if the start up program is on download???
Answer:
The start-up program for the Scanman should be on one of the disks given to you. To check, ask your friend to tell you if the program is on those disks.
If it is not, the best place to look for the program would be on the Web. You should go to the manufacturer of the ScanMan's web page and see if they have the capability to search through the files they have on their page. If they do, input all the data you have and see what you get.
If you don't get any joy out of that, you will have to write or phone the manufacturers and ask for them to send you the program on disk.
