Question:

I have a canon BJC 240 printer, and I have a printing problem. I am unable to print a highlighted selection. I am only able to print entire document or page to page. The option for selection is there, but I just can't click on
it. (it's gray and faded) What can I do?

Answer:

The only remedy I have for this problem would be to make sure that you have the correct drivers installed and have selected the correct printer in the Printers Folder in the Control Panel (Start >> Settings >> Control Panel) and in your software.

If this does not solve the problem I would go to Canons Web Site at http://www.canon.com and look for a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page and look for your question. If it is not there, then ask them directly how to get a selected piece of text to print through their feedback facilities.
