Question:

Whenever I play an AVI file, after it's finished I get all these horizontal lines on my screen and they
won't leave! They're very annoying! They only thing that fixes it is if I restart my computer which is also very annoying! Please help! I have a Packard Bell computer.

Answer:

Something could possibly wrong with your video driver, or something could be set up wrong. Check your manuals and check that everything is set up right, make sure the AVI program is installed correctly.

Try checking in your Control Panel under Display->Settings. If you can't figure something out, call Packard Bell technical support for help.
