Almost every modem uses the same command for the speaker control. Here is the string for how to do it:
AT M# L#
Here are what the numbers for M and L do:
M: 0 - Speaker Off
1 - Speaker On until Connect
2 - Speaker Always On
L: 0 - Speaker Low
1 - Speaker Medium
2 - Speaker High
