How can I change a BMP picture to a JPG format so I can send it through e-mail faster? I am using a Mustek scanner with Twainscan.
Answer:
To do this you need a Paint package other than Window's Paint. A good choice for this is Paint Shop Pro, a shareware package that is very
useful for things like this. What you need to do is load the Bitmap image into the Paint package and then save it as another file as a JPEG.
