Question:
I downloaded Netscape Navigator into my system but when I tried to
retrieve it, it told me to choose a file to open it. I don't know
what to do from there in order to bring it up.
Answer:
It sounds like when you downloaded it you accidentally deleted the extension. Try to remember if it was a .zip file or a .exe file. If it was either, right click on the file, click "rename" then click "end" on your keyboard; this will go to the end of the file. Type in .exe or exe...depending if there is a dot or not.
