Have an HPDeskwriter 550C with my Power Mac. The paper in the printer will not advance. I keep getting the message "Your printer is out of paper, etc. How can I get the rollers to grab the paper?
Answer:
I suggest not flooding the printer with paper. Make sure you only put in about 20 sheets at a time and not half a stack of paper. Other than that, not much. Make sure the paper slide is aligned to fit the paper. I am speaking of the tray the paper rests on when I say this. If that doesn't work, you really may want to take it to a service center to see what they can do about it. I really hope this gave you some ideas!
