World Wide Web - 1990

The old phone dials, the modem squeaks, and you were connected!!! Yes, the
web was an idea in the 50's, and through the ages, it had became a reality! It
was originally a way for the United States Armed Forces to communicate. But
after it was being used awhile, people began to see many other uses for this
invaluable resource.

So if the internet was made up in the 50's, why are you saying it was made in
1990? Good question! The truth is, yes the Internet WAS made before 1990,
but it wasn't available to the public until 1990. Who was that very first Internet
Service Provider? World.Std.Com: The World's Home Page located in Brookline,
Massachusetts, they were the very first Public Internet Dialup.

So the Net was more than idea before 1990, but to the general public, it was
something we had never seen. Now today, if you haven't used the internet..
you're considered uncultured. Wow how time flies.
